We initially engaged Brent to construct an integrated carport and balcony to our design, alongside our existing garage and loft.

Brent is methodical in his planning, giving careful thought on how to undertake a piece of work and potential problems. This obviously assisted in avoiding problems during the build and getting the final building certificate without issue.

During the build, we appreciated his approach of asking how we wanted something done rather than making decisions for us (which has been our experience with other builders, much to our frustration).

Brent has a team of subcontractors for his regular components; electrical, plumbing, etc which were all high quality and responsive to any issues. We were also happy with the subcontractors Brent sourced for the less regular components; glass balustrade, privacy screen, etc.

We are very happy with the end result and have received positive feedback from several of our neighbours.

We subsequently engaged Brent to do further maintenance work at our home.

We have no hesitation in recommending Brent for your home improvement project.

I started our bathroom renovation project with very little DIY knowledge. That’s why I relied heavily on Brent’s expertise and skills. I appreciate Brent’s honesty when pushing back on ideas that he thought that weren’t in line with the overall project or would cause a cost blow-out.

Overall, I felt that the project was well managed with sub-contractors that had been working with him for a long time. The project finished within the expected budget and without delays.

I would only trust Brent and his team for any future renovation projects.
